Shipping

Yes. We currently deliver to all seven countries via DHL Express or Mercury Logistics.

Typical transit times are 2–3 business days within Zambia (Yango same-day in Lusaka) and 3–7 business days to the six neighbouring countries, depending on local customs clearance.

•Regional: DHL Express or Mercury Logistics. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your order leaves our warehouse.

Each country has its own import rules. Duties (if any) are charged by your local customs office, not by HVGadgets. We pre-fill paperwork to minimise delays, but buyers are responsible for any taxes at destination.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Mobile Money through Flutterwave, our secure payment partner. Mobile Money is available in Zambia and Malawi.

Yes. Our checkout supports local currency billing through Flutterwave. You’ll be charged in Zambian kwacha (ZMW) or the equivalent in your card’s currency at the day’s rate.

Not yet. Customers in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Angola, Congo, and Namibia can pay securely by card (Visa or Mastercard) using Flutterwave.

Absolutely. HVGadgets uses Flutterwave, a PCI-DSS certified gateway, ensuring your card and mobile money transactions are fully encrypted and protected.

Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Email support@hvgadgets.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll create a prepaid DHL or Mercury label and send instructions within one business day.

If the item arrived damaged or faulty, we cover all return costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers pay the return courier fee (billed at our discounted rates).

Once the returned item reaches our Lusaka warehouse and passes inspection (1–2 business days), refunds are issued immediately; bank or card processors may take 3–7 days to post back to your account.
