Refund Policy

HV Gadgets Limited ("HVGadgets") is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines when and how you can receive a refund.

Money-back delivery guarantee

Each shipping method has a specified delivery window. If HVGadgets fails to deliver your order within that window, you are entitled to a full refund of the order total including shipping fees. To claim:

  1. Contact us via contact form, WhatsApp, or email within 48 hours of the missed delivery window.
  2. Provide your order number and confirm the delivery was not received.
  3. We will verify the delay and issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.

Delivery windows per shipping method:

  • Same Day Lusaka: By end of business day (orders placed before 2 PM)
  • Next Day Delivery: 1 business day after dispatch
  • Dubai Weekly: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • China Standard: 14 business days after dispatch

7-day return refunds

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • The item is not in a non-returnable category (hygiene-sensitive products, custom orders).
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Refund processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
  • Card payments are refunded to the original card. Allow your bank 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
  • Mobile money refunds (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel) are processed to your original mobile money account within 3–5 business days.

Non-refundable items

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery (unless defective).
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing packaging/accessories.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (earbuds, in-ear headphones) unless defective.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
