Shipping options & fees

All international shipping is FREE — the cost is already included in every product price so there are no surprises at checkout. For local delivery within Zambia:

  • Same Day Lusaka — K150. Order before 4 PM for same-day delivery in Lusaka.
  • Next Day Delivery — K100. All provinces; order today for delivery the next business day.

Want your international order faster? Express shipping is available for an additional $20 (charged in ZMW equivalent at checkout). Express cuts delivery times roughly in half.

All timeframes are in business days from dispatch.

  • Dubai Standard (FREE) — ~14 business days
  • Dubai Express (+$20) — ~7–10 business days
  • China Standard (FREE) — ~20 business days
  • China Express (+$20) — ~10–14 business days
  • Local (Zambia) — Same day or next business day depending on option selected

Delivery windows

  • Same Day Lusaka: by end of day when ordered before 4 PM
  • Next Day: one business day after dispatch
  • Dubai Standard: ~14 business days after dispatch
  • Dubai Express: ~7–10 business days after dispatch
  • China Standard: ~20 business days after dispatch
  • China Express: ~10–14 business days after dispatch

Money-back guarantee

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified timeframe for your chosen shipping method, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked. We stand behind our delivery commitments — if we miss the window, you get your money back.

Processing times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business hours during working hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM – 6 PM, Sat 9 AM – 4 PM). Orders placed outside these hours are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Returns policy

We offer a 7-day returns policy on eligible items from the date of delivery. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Item must not be damaged, modified, or missing parts.
  • Certain items (e.g. hygiene-sensitive products) may be non-returnable; see product page or contact us.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Refund method will match your original payment (card or mobile money).

How to return a product

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery — via contact form, WhatsApp, or email — and state your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions (e.g. ship to our address or return in person if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back as instructed.
  4. Once we receive and approve the return, we will process your refund.
